What is CommunityWareSM?
CommunityWareSM is the administrative portal for all ResiteIT products, including ResidentHubSM, LeadToLeaseSM and Marketing WebsitesSM. CommunityWareSM serves as an access point for our clients organization, offering permission-based and cross-community access to all levels of an organization. CommunityWareSM is a flexible solution, customized for each community and for each user. Additionally, CommunityWareSM serves as an integration platform with other service providers for improved operating efficiency.
How do I get access to CommunityWare?
If you are an existing customer, you can contact your company's primary ResiteIT contact for access or contact our Client Services department directly.
I forgot my username and/or password. What do I do now?
Contact our Support Department, or contact your primary ResiteIT contact at your company.
I am a resident with an inquiry. Who should I contact?
Typically, your community staff is the place to inquire about your community services through ResiteIT. If you require technical support, there is a form on the Help section of your ResidentHubSM or you can contact our Resident Information Department.
