The Fields Apartment Homes, located in Bloomington, IN, won the award for best community website in the state of Indiana at the annual Prodigy Awards - a presentation from the Apartment Association of Indiana. The website is powered by ResiteIT's LeadToLease and ResidentHub technologies.

The website utilizes the online guest card and lease application wizard to manage their leasing process, as well as custom lead management and leasing solutions. Additionally, the Fields uses the ResidentHubSM resident relations management system for online payments, service requests and online customer service. With over 50% of the residents actively using their personal login's, ResiteIT technology has made a huge impact at the community.

The addition of a resident login, powered by ResiteIT, will help add a huge new convenience for online payments, and will boost their existing online resident services. By driving new traffic to the site for the resident login, their existing online newsletter and Concierge service will gain more exposure. Additionally, the Resite Payments system will replace their existing direct debit, and add the capability of both one-time monthly payments and recurring direct debit options to current and future residents.

Mark III Management Corp., Indianapolis IN
Indianapolis-based Mark III Management Corp. has chosen ResiteIT to power a new website, which it will launch in Q1 2005. The site will include sub-sites for each of Mark III’s properties.
