Planned Property Management of Chicago recently launched the ResidentHubSM and LeadToLeaseSM products at their premiere Gold Coast properties. The results have been nothing short of outstanding. Within the first two months all five of these luxury high rise apartments had over 30% usage and an average of 72 payments a month.
