 LeadToLeaseSM Release Includes New Features for Payments, Multi-lingual Options ResiteIT's LeadToLeaseSM has been upgraded to include several new features. As prospects complete their lease applications online, they can now initiate payments for deposits & holding fees using a credit card. In addition to application fees, which have been accepted online since early 2004, future residents can make all payments online at the time of completing their lease application. The different payment types can direct-deposit into more than one bank account. Additionally, a prospect can now save their lease applications with a username and password and can return at any time to continue the application and/or make an application/deposit payment in the future.
